In 1985, Ji Xinhua came to work in the personnel Department of Beijing Institute of Technology (now Beijing Institute of Technology), which has been working for 14 years。In the late 1980s, computers were not used in the school's administrative work, and Ji Xinhua, who was responsible for the salary management of the whole school's teaching staff, calculated the salary of the whole school's teachers manually every time。In order to ensure the accuracy of the data and ensure that labor and capital work without delay and zero mistakes, Ji Xinhua often worked overtime and even late at night。Ji Xinhua insists on "convincing people with reason and emotional people". For various problems raised by faculty and staff, no matter how big or small, he will carefully consult documents and give solutions or explanations as soon as possible。

In early 2000, Ji Xinhua transferred to the School of Management and Economics。"In 2007, the School of Management and Economics planned to apply for the" Beijing Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center "according to the requirements of the school, with high assessment requirements and short preparation time, every leader and teacher of the school were racing against time。During that time, Ji Xinhua arrived at the office at 7 a.m. every day and didn't leave until the early morning。In less than 40 days, he took the lead in organizing and completing the preparation of various materials such as the main report, videos, exhibition panels and the upgrading of environmental equipment。"At that time, our hardware facilities were not good, and we could finally pass the review with high scores, relying on a spirit of 'coming at a moment's call, coming to fight, and winning the war'.。”
